[ OVERVIEW ]
Snap fasteners (also defined as press stud, popper or snap) are the common in tailoring because it is more effective in replacing fasteners. These pairs of interlocking discs find particular favour with makers of clothing, leather and for similar purposes, given their ease of use.
There are two different types of snaps currently in the market, post-style and prong-style. The post-style snap has a shaft that requires a hole to penetrate the fabric or leather. For post-style, it can be divided into S and R types for all customary clothing industry on fabrics, textile laminates, leathers and polyvinyl chloride items.
• R-Spring: It can be defined as the socket (Female Part) incorporates a single spring in the shape of a split ring. This fits around the inside diameter of the socket to engage the stud (Male Part).
• S-Spring: It can be defined as the socket (Female Part) incorporates a parallel spring mechanism which engages the stud (Male Part). The spring is very similar in shape to the letter S so called It is a S-Spring.

The All-NEW Snaps For Leather
We develop a new line of specialized snap fastener focused on installing leather. It is a difference to use the common snaps for attaching on leather in the market. Available with varying post length from standard to extra-long types. It can be applicable to the different leather layer thicknesses.
The snaps also coated an enhancement of anti-corrosion on its surface. These additive layers can be increased the resistance ability due to the processes of leather acid tanning.
