A rivet is a permanent mechanical fastener. It consists of a smooth cylindrical shaft with a head on one end. The end opposite to the head is called the tail. There are a number of types of rivets: solid rivets, blind rivets, multi-grip rivets, grooved type rivets, Peel Type Blind Rivets, plastic rivets, drive rivets, tubular rivets, etc. In the garment industry, rivets can be decorative and functional on clothing. It is an essential elements that have been added to clothes over time.
Rivets are specifically designed to reinforce high-tension areas in garments. In their original design, they were used to secure jeans in areas where they were most likely to come off, such as pockets.

Our rivet materials are primarily made of brass and can broadly comply with the safety regulations of major countries, as well as the MSDS recommendations of the CPSC (CPSIA) and REACH (SVHC) regulations for total Nickel, Lead, Tin, Chromium, Cobalt and Zinc contents.
There are five common structures of rivets currently in the market. It can be divided into brass or alloy material and also be embedded glass or artificial stones for surface decoration.
