AUTOMATIC MODELS
These machines can be installed various dies such as snap prong fasteners, spring press fasteners, rivets, jeans buttons & eyelets. The component is automatically feeding the die holders' position when pouring into rolling containers. It owns senor will be self-determined the thickness of attached material, user do not require an adjusting upper and lower die distances, which can be efficiently worked into attaching process and time-saving.
All of these servomotor models are equipped with positioning lasers and guards. Working height is 880mm (measured from ground to fastened position). The maximum physical speed of fastening is about 200 times per minute, except for the BD9PF and BD9SFG model series. The default voltage and frequency are 220v, 50/60Hz, and the maximum output power is 0.75Kw. Other voltages such as 110v can be equipped with transformer.
