| PRICES & VALIDTY PERIOD |

We shall base on how many quantity you will offer, and advice the certain Validity Period for your reference. Price Validity Period is influcenced by international raw material price & currency exchange rate .. etc. |

| SAMPLING |
|
In general, except the particular sample and large sample quantity, all samples is free of charge include shipping fee, we will use the method of Airmail + Register and send out from Hong Kong. You will be recieved the samples between 14 - 21 days depend on your local post office how long working days needed. |

If you need sample urgently, you may provide your international courier account such as Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT.. etc for us. Please
advice your account number, address, telephone number and contact person name. Or if you do not valid courier account, we may send you the
shipping fee bill by Paypal. Please procced to pay the shipping amount there. |

Except the urgent sample requested, all samples we need to deliver
from our factory in China, we will combine all customers'
sample to deliver Hong Kong office weekly and send it to you in Hong Kong. The register tracking number will be
provided to you after sending is completed. |

| ORDER CONFIRMATION |

When you agree the terms of the product and detail. We will send Order Confirmation Letter for you confirm. Please note you need to review the content carefully as well as sign back within 24 hours returned by Fax or Email. (The Order Confirmation will not issue under quantity 720 sets) |

| CUSTOM SAMPLE MAKING |
|
If you require the custom sample, we will advice you how many days can be completed the sample as well as molding fee and sampling charge include. After complete, we will send picture through email or direct deliver the sample for you approve. The postage fee is exclude on sampling fee costs. |

| SHIPPING |

Small Quantity |

If small quantity goods such as MOQ range, we will use Speedpost or International Courier to send the goods for you. The register tracking number will be provided to you after sending is completed. |

Large Quantity |

If large quantity goods, we will through logistic company or use your appointed forwarder to deliver in Hong Kong. Mostly, our shipping terms is FCA Hong Kong (Free Carrier), namely, your goods is delivered from our China factory to your appointed Hong Kong forwarder door. If you need us to use your forwarder and the terms change to FOB, CNF or CIF, please provide your forwarder name and details for us. |

Storing Fee |

All goods we are necessary to deliver from our factory in China to Hong Kong. After arriving, your goods is directly deliver to logistic company warehouse and ready for export from Hong Kong. Logistic company have a rights to request you to paid the storing fee if the goods is holding their warehouse a period of time. |

PAYPAL - For small amount under USD5,000.00 per order, we are accept Paypal. If you use the Credit Card to make a payment through Paypal, it need verify from Paypal, the working days about 7 - 10. After verifying and release the payment, your goods will be delivered to you. |

TELEGRAPHIC REMITTANCE - If over USD5,000.00 per order, you may use Telegraphic Remittance to proceed payment. When you make a payment, please inquiry your bank is direct or pass through the third bank to wire the payment for us. Either the payment is direct or through third bank, customer need to pay the bank service charges. Buttoncare will be paid our local bank service charge when collect your fund. |

| RIGHT OF RETURNS |
|
Your satisfaction is our goal. You have an unconditional right of return; beyond this, there is no further cancellation of order. You have the right to return all defective articles ordered within 3 days of delivery. Before you returned, please send the picture of defective goods and details to our representative, Afterwards, we will arrange an independent surveyor or inspection company to investigate about the defective goods. If involved the problems, we will find out the best solution with you. Reversely, we shall not responsible of the investigation expenses incurred will be undertaken by you. |
